Should this tire be replaced for free?

I have a tire from Discount Tire that had a warranty. It's only been a few months. You know how they say, replaced for free if any blowout. well mine blew out last night.

here's the thing though, it happened because I sort of veered into a curve for a split second at 50 MPH on a street.

you can't necessarily tell this is "why" the tire blew out, except for the fact that, the edge of the rim is bent just a little bit. not a major thing but the very edge of it is slightly bent.

I actually believe it will probably still hold a mounted tire no problem, but, will they question me? should they? should they, or are they likely to still replace the tire for free?|||the warranty is for normal use its not covered for hitting something|||as a dtc employee. yes it covers it.. this is a Road Hazard certificates cover it

|||A warranty doesn't cover this type of damage. You hit a CURB not a curve and bent the rim. It and the tire are now useless and need to be replaced at your expense. They won't replace the tire for free and will not mount anything on a damaged rim.|||They probably won't mount a new tire onto it. While it probably could be done, they won't want to assume the liability for mounting a tire on a bent rim. Not sure what the guarantee cover.|||Road hazard warranty [if you bought it] does not cover reckless driving, which you were as evidenced by the damage. No free tire for you! Now go away you are wasting everyone's time.|||you hit a curb it so your fault completely and no free tyre don't even try as they will laugh at you|||Should I just go to Discount Tire and ask them politely to replace my tire?
