My tire has a tiny nail in it with a slow leak can i drive this way for 2 more days without damaging the tire?

i have a 08 nitro with 22 inch rims the tire was getting a little flat so i put air in it.. took it to discount tire and they said it would be 22 dollars to patch up.. im broke till friday will i be ok to drive until then?

also is 22 dollars a reasonable price for patch work?

sorry for asking here please only answer if you know about cars thanx:)|||yea you should be good but i would only know for sure if i was there lol... how thick are the tires? but just dont drive anywhere...|||Just be sure to keep air in the tire don't drive on it with low air. If have few bux fix-a-flat will help till get it fixed. 22$ is reasonable because they take the tire off and patch the inside of the tire, put back on the rim, fill with air, balance it, put it back on the car. They also charge tax, labor and tools.|||Youll be fine, sometimes you don't even notice it after a few days. Your better if you put air, i have chrome 17's and they were fine.

At firestone it was about 16 dollars, shouldn't matter what size your wheel is if its a small nail.....|||$22, is pretty expensive for a patch, I think Wal Mart charges $7, and it's not a good idea, if you hit the nail on a rock or something it could push it through and burst the tire, then you have to get a new tire.|||if the nail is not going any deeper and is stopping the air from escaping, it is ok

i had slow leaks in 2 tires and found out later i have a total of 5 nails in the two of them|||Get that stuff called fix a flat ,then you would be able to drive for a few more days on it.|||great scott, if my calculations are correct you should be ok n suggested you stop and fill it up with air everyday|||take it to a mechanic
