New tire blew resulting to damage to vehicle?

Was simply going through the drive thru at a local fast food joint. While pulling out my tire blew pulling the truck into the do not enter sign at the end. The tires are 2 months old and were purchased along with a warranty from Discount Tire. USAA claims they will assess the damage and inquire on getting Discount to pay for damages. Honestly will i have to pay my deductible or will Discount man up and cut their losses due to their faulty tire?|||It isn't a cut and dry case. You got in an "accident" on private property and probably didn't fill out a police report. You don't really have a case unless you have several witnesses with written statements. They will replace the tire but they have no way of knowing if the damage is a result of the tire or maybe you chomin' down on your burger and not paying attention.|||Depends on what caused the blowout. Tires do not just suddently explode. I have been in the tire business 9 years and never seen a tire failure that didn't have an external cause.
