Tire size for 2000 Dodge Dakota?

I have a 2000 Dodge Dakota with OEM wheels (I think they're 15x8). The standard tire size for the truck is 235/75R15. Can I put 265/70R15s on? They're specificed as a "plus 0" option on discount tire.
